6-Month Package - £380*
(One 50-minute initial consultation, 4 follow-up sessions of up to 30 minutes each and weekly 10-minute check-ins, to be used within 6 months)
This in-depth package is designed for people who need longer-term support to manage more complex or chronic conditions. It is particularly suited for:
Fertility nutrition including individual female, male and couples sessions (different prices apply for couples)
Type 2 diabetes
Heart disease including hypertension and high cholesterol
Weight management
Women's health including PCOS, menopause, endometriosis and pregnancy
Disordered eating and rebuilding a healthier relationship with food
With this package, I will take the time to align your dietary and lifestyle factors to create meaningful, lasting change. I will look at not only your nutrition but also your sleep, physical activity, stress and daily routines, empowering you to feel in control and confident about your health.
Extended Initial Consultation - £190* (90 minutes)
For those who prefer a single, in-depth session, this extended consultation gives us the time and space to explore everything thoroughly. Over 90 minutes, I will take a detailed look at your full health history, current concerns, lifestyle and goals, and by the end of the session you will leave with a comprehensive, personalised plan you can begin implementing straight away.
This session is ideal if you:
Are looking for a thorough, one-off consultation without committing to an ongoing package
Have multiple health concerns you would like to address together
Want to fully understand your nutrition needs before deciding whether further support is right for you
Simply feel that 60 minutes would not give us enough time to cover everything in the depth it deserves
Initial Consultation - £130* (60 minutes)
Your first consultation is a comprehensive, one-to-one session designed to give you a clear starting point. During this appointment, I will:
Discuss your current health concerns and personal goals
Review your medical history, recent blood tests and any relevant investigations
Identify realistic, achievable outcomes tailored to your lifestyle and priorities
Begin working towards change using evidence-based, holistic advice combined with behaviour change techniques
Recommend further investigations or referrals if required
By the end of this session, you will have a personalised plan and practical strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Follow-Up Consultations
30 minutes - £65*
45 minutes - £75*
Follow-up sessions provide structured support and accountability as you work towards your goals. In these appointments, I will:
Review your progress since the previous session
Address any challenges or barriers you may have encountered
Adapt your plan where needed, ensuring it remains realistic and effective
Strengthen your confidence with practical strategies tailored to your circumstances
